If you want to try something the Paleo diet has shown success in treating autoimmune disease. I would google body detoxification so you can get information on how to get the bad things out of your body. The book "Prescription for Nutritional Healing" might be useful.
Hello,
sorry you are going through so much at such a young age. I am not a doctor, nor try to be one, but I have gone for years without a diagnosis and that is extremely hard. Sometimes, I would wish the test DID show something. At least, then I would know what it was and know if there were any treatment.
Do you know how you hurt your cervical? Were you in sports, had a physical job or even a one time, slam your head on something or other accident that whipped your neck? The cervical involvement really would explain much of the neurological symptom, but did they also check your mid and lower back? Just curious, I had L4-L5-S1 issues, but the cervical obstruction can actually cause the leg symptoms, they sometimes call it a "long tract" issue.
You really may want to consider starting a journal and get one small enough to put in your purse or briefcase, pocket, etc... tracking all of the issues, when, where, what you ate, the temperature even (if you are sensitive to the sun, even the sun coming through the windshield when you drive can affect it, my knuckles almost always get that way, even in the car.
Anyway, I hope you get answers soon,
Carly
