For my first, I had about 20-25. I hit them all from my shower. I used them all. The baby will frequently spit up on them, so you may use 2 or 3 each day. So it is good to have a lot so you don't need to be doing laundry every other day.
I only had 9. I put bibs on baby all the time, that saved alot of clothes and blankets.
At least a dozen. I did laundry every other day with newborn.
At least three of the four packs.
