Bump/Testicle "in half"
Hey, I'm a 17(18 in 9 days) year old male. So I noticed yesterday after a nap that my right testicle hurt, with about the same pain as if I had recently been sacked. Then a few hours later it seemed as if my testicle was getting larger, as I felt pressure. I thought a warm bath might fix it, but during the bath I noticed that there is either a large lump on my testicle, or it somehow split in half. I have not recently sustained any testicular injury, so I'm a tad confused.

This is something you need to have checked right away. Only an ultrasound of the testicle will tell you for sure what it is you've found, and its important you don't wait.
