thank you for the confident words, that's why i apreciate this web site
Chiari or nething, be it cancer or an ex can win only if u let them...yes, it will change u, but it can not win unless u allow it.
Chiari is life altering....and once u accept that, and u decide what u r going to do going forward, then u win : )
your lucky Viva the doc's here in mass won't.it's not so much the lawsuit, it's everything it has done to my life. the most important thing is my grandaughters , i gave up working when i relized i was putting my patients in danger, do i give up coz i'm putting my grandaughters in danger (forgetting her in the mall ) my time is monitored with her now, instead of 2 1/2 days a month i get 4 hrs with her. i have one bit of hope commin, dr katz is sending me for nuerological testing in october. thank you for caring
I'm so sorry. I had a fall also, on steps that were not shoveled--in Central NY!.-- which triggered the Chiari symptoms. My NS testified on my behalf--he traveled from NC--didn't matter, my employer keeps lawyers on retainer just to fight workers comp cases such as mine. Chiari didn't win. The powers that be won, the status quo, cowardice won.
Sometimes you just have to let things go, for your sanity. Even though *I* could've been sued if the UPS person slipped on snow on my steps.
please dont say that chiari has won....you have been thru sooo much and you are still here with your family and us!! that is the most important part.. you are here. you have won the battle, maybe not some lawsuit. dumb drs dont help much, do they! im sorry to hear about the lawsuit but you being in your families lives is what matters....hugs,Dana
