Which is why you do this with your lawyer's assistance.  He gets served a summons, you go to a certified lab not do some at-home test, his failure to appear in response to the summons is subject to a contempt-of-court order.  The guy is legally responsible for his child.

Be sure your lawyer knows that your guy has told you he will send a stand-in for the DNA test.  You being there to positively identify him at the lab is important.  Your lawyer will know how to handle the paperwork so Mr. Shirker shows up or has consequences.

General anxiety, not logic, usually prompts the question "What if the (doctor, ultrasound, nurse, medical textbook, DNA test) is WRONG?!?!?!"

I think you should trust the dates and the doctor.  If that had not been your period, your child would not have measured correctly all along the way and would not have been born when she was.

Call the family courts in your area of jurisdiction and get a list from the clerk of what labs are approved by the courts to determine paternity.  Go with the guy so you see him give his sample.  In other words, do things properly.  All will be well.

Well, when you get the test done, you will have a response to give to every rude person who opens their yap and says such an impolite thing.

If you are testing for child-support reasons, go to a lab certified by the family courts in your area for determining paternity.  Drugstore tests don't do for that purpose.

Take care.

The first guy was too early to match up to you being at 39 weeks GA on April 13.  You also had a period after him and before the next guy.  Go in and get your DNA test with your head held high.
