should i take DNA??

so im 13 weeks And 4 Days i  had sex with one guy on oct 24 and had sex with my boyfriend on nov 18 i went to the hospital on nov 25 they took three test my pee test was negative i had an vaginal ultrasound and a regular one and they said everything was negative just one came back positive but they said most of the time it could be lab air ? so is it possible i could be pregnant fm oct 24 ? wouldnt they be able to tell after a month ? after a pee test and ultrasounds ?

You're 13 weeks 4 days pregnant?  This was given to you by a doctor looking at the baby with an ultrasound?  And on November 25 you had a negative urine test, and now you are trying to rule out sex on October 24 as producing the pregnancy?  I would certainly rule it out if the doc did an ultrasound scan and gave you your weeks count, since used an ultrasound, since if you had gotten pregnant from sex on October 24, they would be telling you that you are in your 16th week.
