Hi!  You can talk to us, we understand and do care.  Many of us have had to put on a brave front while crumbling on the inside, and it's very difficult.  People may even tell you how strong you are when inside you don't feel this way at all!  Often we may feel we have nobody but when you do open up to someone it can amaze you at how understanding they are.  Everyone is struggling with something, and not showing it, and often when you open up to someone, they in turn open up to you!  Many feel that people won't understand, or we don't want to bother others with our problems, but you have to give someone a chance.  Don't assume anything, at least try, and then if you feel there is nobody.....talk to a therapist.  But we have all been thru this and there is so much support for you right here!  Try talking to us, this will help you a lot, and we all have our own stories and can relate to how you are feeling.  You're definitely not alone in this.  Talk to us, it's a start!  Hope to hear back from you!

If everything is wrong in your life and you want to give up, then perhaps you can start with 1 thing and change it.  Start with an easy one and decide what you can do to change it for the better and then try changing it. Don't make this an all or nothing thing.  We all have things in our life that we would like to change or wish were different.  To some degree this is part of life.  You don't give a lot of detail but I'm sure there is someone in your life you can talk to and trust.  A parent or other relative.  A clergyman, friend, classmate, etc..
Perhaps it would be even better if you talked to a professional 'talker'...a therapist!  :-)
They are actually quite good at helping get things 'out in the open' and getting to the root of what's eating at us.  They are non-judgemental, professional, and confidential.  There are also a boatload of support groups out there that accomplish the same things.
Give some of these things a shot...it can get better.
