coping skills

Today..The manager at sears in Stockton ca he called my cell phone to say....I told you before I apology about using the restroom....I listen while he lied so I told him. I got the message Last Time. And I don't want to talk to you...And hung up..................My day was going really good...until he called...And in my mind it felt like it just happen again...I had tears in my eyes...And trying to breath.....It took about 2 hours for the pain to go away...But I will live.I just know that the way I was treated it wasn't Right....I asked another driver some one told me she went into sears..And no one was around...so she left...Then this woman came out to let her know she can use the restroom..They just didn't want me too.

I told my therapist and she thinks it was a positive thing he did..And write down that it was positive and not negative..I did not feel it was.positive.or ever will be..I have decided to let this go...I just know I will never use the restroom at sears ever again.

It's understandable that this was so upsetting for you, but I think it is time to try to put it behind you.  Continuing to ruminate and dwell on a situation only makes us feel worse.  We cannot change the events of the past, nor can we control what other people can do.  Don't let this situation keep you in a dark place.  Time to start moving forward.

Yes your Right I have given it to God....I can only make myself sicker..I have enough problems to worry about someone who does not have any regards to a human's rights. I told my therapist In a E-mail well yesterday.Thank you

Good for you, hon. Rise above it.  I know it's easier said than done...but with some work, you will do it!
