Make the commitment to psyche yourself up for a dramatic shift in your life,
bigger than anything you have ever imagined!
Create a Vision Board, write up some positive affirmations and place them
everywhere, buy some posters of fitness stars and put them up on your wall, enlist the help an accountability buddy, read everything you can put your hands on that has to do with health and wellness and finally meditate on this.
YouTube has numerous meditation videos-choose an appropriate one of your liking.
Finding what is truly missing in your life-beware of false needs and wants,
like material things- and look for meaningful values which can make a positive contribution in your emotional and mental aspects of your life.
Food is often used as a substitute remedy for insecurity, loneliness and lack of love.
