Okay folks, here we are, with another week behind us and it's time for "show and tell".
For anyone who is new, and might not know what this is all about, this is the time of the week that we discuss our weight issues, how we did over the past week, whether we gained/lost, or any other issues you have with you weight.
Personally, I don't think I did too badly, although I know I could have done better. I'm actually up 0.2 lbs from last week, but I don't see this as an issue because I do have some fluid retention issues and my thyroid levels are off right now. I also went to my aunt's yesterday and she always wants to go out for breakfast. I did limit my intake, and opted for oatmeal instead pancakes, but it was still not what I should have eaten.
This coming week will be my last week of 10 hour days, which we've been on for the summer, so I'm looking forward to sleeping better and having time when I get home to get back to exercising daily again.
