Do everything with intent and briskly. If u walk tall and suck in ur tummy u work those muscles, do calf raises while u do ur hair, 5 mins before bed do 10 sit ups and as many push ups as u can..do one extra every night. If u can fo a proper push up do a wall push up..
Oh yeah...exersize....u dont have to go to a gym to get a good work out!! Everything u do burns calories, even sleeping, so just be more awear like taking the stairs instead of the elevator, park further away in the parkinglot from the door and walk briskly
Dont give up! One thing i do is get baby carrots grapes, celery, reallyany fruit\ veggies u like and put them in snack baggies and put them in the produce drawer in the fridge. I'll add string cheese, nuts, grilled chicken, in seperat baggies and when packing a lunch i just grab them, if i crave something sweet i go for fruit. 1 huge thing is replace the soda and energy drinks!! Water is ideal but if that is to difficult try taking a pitcher of water and putting chopped fruit in it...even frozen fruit....let it set in the fridge ovwr night and drink it the next day. The fruit will give the water a better flavor and make transition easier. Drinking lots of water(take ur weight, divide it by 2, and u should drink AT LEAST that much a day- 150 lbs equals 75 oz ect) it will flush toxins that ur body holds onto and it will get rid of extra waste(its gross but the bowles can hold up to 12lbs of poo!)
