you are probably wearing your body out and making your muscles tired making your body feel heavier since your muscles are being worked a lot. try not to overwork yourself and keep in mind that muscle does weigh more than fat.
A pound is a pound, whether it's muscle or fat. Muscle is denser than fat, so a pound of muscle takes up less space than a pound of fat. Think of muscle and fat in comparison to a rock and feathers. The rock is very dense (tightly packed), so a relatively small rock can weigh a pound, yet look at the volume of feathers you need to make a pound. Either way, it's a pound.
Jazmine, you might need to switch up your exercise; or maybe you aren't eating the right things/amounts.
It's normal for muscles to get sore, when they aren't used to being worked; you need to give them a rest for a day or so, then work into your exercise slowly.
I feel you. I was on the same ship. Luckily you're motivated and gets the key! Make a weekly plan and definitely stick with it. I suggest 6 small meals a day, just spread it out evenly, mostly protein, fruits, and all the veggies you can eat! I also suggest to mix up your exercises, not just jogging or walking but 30 min of weights at least twice a week that includes arm and leg workouts. Start light and slowly work your way up, your body will tell you when to increase weights. Remember, with strength comes change in body. YOU WILL feel fatigued for a week or two but your body will adjust. You definitely notice a difference in your appearance and how you feel. Don't worry about losing pounds, concentrate on varying your workouts and eating right! Good luck!
