What tests should I undergo to check if I have NIHL?

I have a habit of using earphones/headphones for recreational purposes and attending classes online. Though I don't have any issues with hearing as of now but I was wondering if I had done some damage to my hearing, I recently found out one such case in neighbourhood and this have made extremely anxious and scared for my hearing, kindly help me!
