Proctosigmoiditis + s.Zhilbert`s - choice of tablets

Kind time of the day, dear forum users, experts and guests.

I'm trying to solve a fairly difficult question. I have the following diagnoses:
- s. Gilbert`s;
- biliary dyskinesia;
- constrictions in the bile;
- atrophic gastritis;
- reflux of bile in the stomach;
- polynomia;
- erosive proctosigmoiditis.

The last diagnosis was put a week ago. The question arose with the treatment, because after 1 tablet of sulfasalazine and 1 tablet of metronidazole it became bad and bilirubin went beyond 100, and I have an average of 50-60.
Are there any rational recommendations for my situation? Doctors offer homeopathy and microclysters with chamomile, I do not know how acceptable this is in this case. Thank you!
