Possible hiv exposure

Dear all. For the last 5months I have a great fear of having conducted hiv. Briefly for once per month I have a sex contact with female sex worker. Always I am using 2 condoms per contact for more protection and during oral sex from her side also use protection. Last June after one vaginal intersource after 3week or so felt pain to my left tonsils. After days I noticed 6 red spots on my legs(1 of it had a white fluid inside). No fever during that period. Went to the doctor who diagnosed tonsillitis. Gave me antibiotic and told me to stop going to gym(I exercise my body 6 times per week intensely). I kept on going to gym though and after 2 days the pain almost disappeared to the left tonsillitis but started the pain to the right. After 2days  despite the antibiotics fever appeared which lasted fr 4 days.decided to go to another doctor who gave me another antibiotic but needless to mention that by the time I visited him the fever had been fallen.also red spots disappeared (no other rashes appeared throughout that period to any part of my body nor swollen lymphnodes, except fm the tonsils of course. Unfortunately since that episode I have in my mind the possibility of Been affected by hiv. To do the test is a complete nightmare for me I'm scared too much since I have a great fear for all the serious illnesses.. Of course I will go to test myself. I know I cannot avoided but would highly appreciate having an expert's opinion about the chances... Many thanks in advance

Since none of your sexual contact involved condom failure, your risk of HIV remains non-existent. However for sexually active people, once a year test is recommended.

Suggest you not to use two condoms together, as this is not "double protection" but even riskier because condoms may fail due to mutual friction

Your symptom does not look like HIV related
Diver 58 many thanks for your prompt reply. Noted the comment with regards to condoms but always I am checking them after each contact  and have  never broke down.nevertheless what about the symptoms I mentioned?? Could be attributed to hiv infection?
No risk=no HIV= no ARS. You can't create disease from anxiety which is the only risk you had.
Thanks a  lot for yours clear words. Tomorrow I'll go to have the blood test. I know that I will be scared to death during the waiting time,!
Just a final question since I don't want to be tiring... What troubles me is the fact that first antibiotic didn't help at all
..
You aren't tiring, but you are wasting your energy in fear for no valid reason. Your problem is not disease, it is anxiety so you should see your doctor or a therapist to try to resolve that.

You don't have any medical training, so it is not surprising that you are unable to diagnose whatever you have, and that you are focusing on a disease you can't even have. You need to accept that you have ZERO ability to diagnose but you still insist on doing that, which is your whole problem.
