Bleeding during fight

If right during an accident (fight) a dog licks a bleeding wound of an hiv+ person and right after licks my face (eyes, nose, mouth) when I approached to help ( only a few seconds later). Is it a risky situation?

NO. That is not how HIV is acquired.

Thank you. I am really sorry if my question seemed somehow stupid or offensive. I do know animals cannot acquire the virus and thus do not trasmit it. However my concern is the case that human blood was still present and made its way to my mucous membranes through the animal tongue. Also I would like to know how sensitive the inside of the nose as a mucous membrane is and how permeable to virus it is . Is it necessary for it to be damaged for the virus to enter?
As Rubywitch has advised you, you had no risk in the events you describe. Hiv transmission happens inside the body not from the outside. Any virus present (a big if here) would have been exposed to air, thus useless and cannot infect you.
