Blood in salvia risk?

Hello!
If my partner's mouth is bleeding, just a little bit fresh blood (gums, tongue) and we kiss, or he fingering me after he beslaver his finger, there is a chance for a HIV infection?

And more question (sorry, just I'm scared): the salvia (enzyme, etc.) is kill the HIV in a blood?
