Condom breakage and imidiate withdrawl

Hello, I engaged in anal sex with a sex worker. As soon as I inserted my penis the condom broke and I immediately withdrew my penis in less than 4-5 seconds. What are my chances of getting infected with STD or HIV? I am still under 24 hrs of the exposure and would highly appreciate your advice if I should visit the emergency to start with the PEP medication. Pls help, thanks

I would think that you should only get PEP if  you knew for a fact that the person you has sex with was HIV+. Although you did have a risk, broken condom sex is less risky than unprotected sex.

If the person had HIV i would seek nPEP treatment. The risk seems minimal but it's still a risk.
