Trauma during oral sex

I was receiving oral sex last night after which I noticed a laceration - contusion around my small tongue which I believe was caused by pushing too much pressure by my partner. The contact lasted several minutes but I am not sure if I was bleeding at the time. I saw some clots in area though. I ve been with him for a couple of months and as we discussed before, he believes he is clear of HIV; however he is not monogamous and he meets several other guys on the side. Do you have any suggestion for me.. do you consider my case as high risk... I d appreciate your help.

Your tongue has nothing to do with you receiving oral sex.
