I recently was exposed to hiv while on holiday in a drunken threesome with a man and wife, he had unprotected sex with me but did not cum inside me, i was having sex with his wife but also never cum, since back in the uk i have been worried sick with guilt and fear of hiv and for sti i had a early test of 4 days after the incident, which came back negative, but got to wait for my next one which is scaring the life out of me, i am supposed to be getting married next year i dont know how i can tell my wife to be, i was so stupid and nieve for falling into this situation. I just dont know what to do next i am all over the place.

Don't scramble for HIV stuffs on the net, there's quite a lot of misinformation there be it exaggerated or outdated info which may worsen your anxiety.
I know you its just that I am in pain in stomach and going toilet a lot, and I am trying not to think about it but can't but being paranoid about it .
Hiv is never diagnosed on the basis of symptoms alone.Your symptoms or lack there of,are not specific for hiv.
I am feeling sick and have a bad stomach should I have these symptoms in the first week this is really erealing me out .
You can have a NAT test and later a p24combo at 4 to 6 weeks.These tests will be indicators but not conclusive until the golden 3months.All the best.
How long is this early test start to check it out how many weeks can you be tested to know for sure .

If 3 months seems like an eternity then take a test designed for early detection.You have excellent testing facilities in the UK.This will provide you with some encouragment on your way to 3 months conclusive.

NOT unless you had unprotected intercourse with someone who has hiv. it is unlikely that either of them have it. even if...having sex with someone who is infected...does NOT mean automatic infection. the odds are with you.
with that being said...the only way to know your status is by testing at the appropriate time.
symptoms of a recent infection, IF they experience any symptoms, come at 2-4 weeks post infection and last for 1-2 weeks.
