Blood after oral

I received oral sex last week and noticed some blood on my penis. I think the sex worker was bleeding from her mouth. Would that put me at risk?  I didn't see any on the urethra but on the top of the tip. Kinda worried.

But it's blood, why wouldn't it be a risk? It''s possibly it went in.
