Have sex with girl and condom broken
I am a male sexed with a girl 4 weeks ago. During the sex the condom breaks and the girl realizes it, stop and change condom. So it’s like no more then 30s sex with broken condom. Is this high risk or just theoretical risk exist.

There was some virgina fluid on my penis when the condom breaks. But there’s no wound on my penis . If she is positive, is there chance the virus go inside my body thought urethra？ I read some research indicating virgina fluid contain small amount of virus, and only will enter body when penis have wound. (Sorry for my English as 2nd language)
Take a duo test now, or any other test after 3 months.

I will, but I want to know how high is the risk. I am not sure if she has hiv or not.
If you want the answer take a test. If you could get the answer without testing, there would be no purpose in taking a test.
