Unprotected anal sex heterosexual

I’m a female who had unprotected anal sex with a man and he ejculated inside me. That was 7 years ago. Through the years I have been with other partners most of them I had viginal sex with expect one who I had only anal sex more than once. They all tested negative for hiv. Could be the only one who is infected from the risk I took 7 years ago?
I’m only thinking about it now because I have tingles, pins on my body when I only sit and I read online it has something to do with hiv. I don’t have other symptoms.

Well, that's a tough situation when your country makes you too scared to test for things because of the consequences.  What about a vacation to somewhere safe to test?  Can you have an oraquick home test mailed to you?  You can then test on your own.  But honestly, with a one time exposure years ago, I would not fear HIV.  One time exposures are rare to actually transmit the virus.  And all circumstances have to be in place.  I would try to forget it, get an oraquick test or take a vacation to somewhere you want to visit that you can also hop to a clinic and get a quick test.

You do not need to get in touch with old partners.  You can certainly take an HIV test at any time as a routine test.  However, I would certainly doubt you have HIV 7 years later.  Do jump on the anxiety train.

Thank you for replying. I do want to take the test but the reason I did not because I live in a very strict country. If my result is positive. They will tell my family about it. I will be dead. It is not like the US or Europe.  Don’t know what else to do that’s why I posted here.
