Mutual Masturbation with active bleeding on his foreskin

I had a mutual masturbation yesterday. In the middle of the act, he found his foreskin was hurt and bleed a bit, so he stopped me to hand job him, but then I got touched back my penis to continue for ejaculation. I know mutual ejaculation is zero risk and the virus is died once exposure to the air, but my concern point is there is small active bleeding cut on his foreskin due to his uncircumsized penis. Will the virus be transmitted into my urethra? Thanks. FYI, his HIV status is negative and tested on May 2020.

I know whenever anyone sees blood they get scared but you don't have to be.  Simply touching blood that is exposed to air (as in outside the body) will not transmit HIV.  HIV is deactivated in air.  The only risks are unprotected vaginal or anal intercourse or sharing IV drug needles.  What you describe is blood exposed to air and is zero risk.  No need to test and no need to worry.
