Am a guy With one escort lady, we kept see each other for months,everytime at begining had unprotected vaginal intercouse for 2minutes then she immediately performed blowjob with water in her mouth to me, later put on condom to continue protected sex.my question is how risky is the stituation for hiv transmits do I need test?

Unprotected anal/vaginal penetration with a partner of unknown health status is a risk, regardless of the time of the exposure. Although the risk is not significant, but not zero either. Therefore to rule out the possibility of the infection, you may get tested for HIV Duo (Antibody+Antigen) any time after 4 weeks of your last exposure to get a conclusive result
