risk of hiv and other std transmission?
Dear doctor, i had a anal intercourse with a trans prostitute and i'm worried about hiv transmission. Here are the things that i have done are worring me. I licked the anus hole fore a few seconds but not deeply but i did lick the skin around her anus and tetrsticuls.i have sucked her breasts for couple of minuts. I have penetrated her using a condom she put on me. I was always checking if the condom was correctly on and pulling it back to the base of my penis, but at one moment i got a little loose and i saw that the condom was not covering all my penis but it was covering the half of it including the head but i dont know if it broke a little bit or not. Also, i didnt ejaculate in the condom and im worried about how i pulled out the condom and think maybe some fluid touched my penis when pulling it out. I did suck her penis while she had a condom on it as well. I also did kissind on the lips but sometimes licked her lips and used tongue but not very deeply. I didnt notice any cuts on her mouth or lips. I actually had a cut inside my tongue the same night when i bit my tongue while shewing a gum. Other things i want to mention are: i asked her and she said she s clean but i dont bilieve it. Finely, i didnt see from where she got the condom she put on me, what if it was expired or used? I did see the condom she put on her she took it from a packet and new. Plise, what is my risk of contemination in case she was positive? Should i get tested? If yes? When? Thank you in advence.

I understand i am in desperate mode mentally, but i just need one answer please and its my last question. Is it possible that thebsex worker put used or expired condom on me because i didnt see? If it was the case is it a high risk? And what is a good time to take a 4th generation duo test to help maybe. Thank you very much in advance and im sorry again.
From the things you describe, your risk is zero. The tip of your penis was always covered. Even if there were some fluids when pulling out. the important thing is your tip was covered when you were inserted. The other things make no difference ((including the cut)).

I have very bad anxiety because i believe other things could have happened that i dont know such as the condom she gave me was expired or wasnt corectly put. I am thinking to start PEP tomorrow morning which will be around 55 hours after expos. Will the pep affect my health? And please tell me if a 4g test at 4 weeks will be accurate? Pleeease tell me.
Also, i dont know how i would know if the condom was intact. Because like when i got loose at some point the condom was falling and was messed up so i couldnt see if it wasnt broken but i remember i was still having a part covering the head. Please how would you notice if s condom has a whole or failed? Is it possible to keep it while its broken or has holes without noticing? Your help is appreciated. Thanks again
Mrs. I just came back from hospital, i went for a pep i finally got the prescription but i cant afford it its expensive so im not taking it. I cant. The nurse who saw me (i didnt see doctor she just talked to him about me)just increased my fears she said that i had a risk but she seems not to have knolewdge about many things of the topic. I dont know what to do now.i asked the escort to test and i.offered money but she doesnt respond even though she told me that night that she was ok and that anywsy we used comdom and that i have to worry about what i do and not her. Is this good sign? Could the condom she put on me have been used before or expired? I am flipping now seriously especially that in 16 hours the 72 hours for pep will be gone. The nurse also told me that pep could hurt my liver and has bad side effect. Please anyone respond please. Im seing my life going.
