If precum exits penis during oral sex can HIV be transmitted?

I performed oral sex on a male for about 20 seconds. While my mouth was over his penis shaft my tongue touched the side of his penis head and I tasted precum. I immediately stopped and swallowed.

I dont know if the precum was there when i started or if it came out while I was performing oral. If it came out while my mouth was over his penis, would there be air in my mouth that would make HIV inactive or would I be at risk? Thank you.

Oral is zero risk because HIV is inactivated in saliva - no one in history of 40 years HIV got it from oral so obviously you will not either. And HIV is inactivated in air, so everyone's mouth has both which makes it double zero risk.

thank you. I wasnt sure about what happens if precum comes out while his penis is in my mouth and then my tongue makes contact with the precum.
Only sex risk is unprotected anal or vaginal so you are safe.
okay, thank you. i'm not very sexually active and as much as i've done to be informed, i have a little general anxiety and of course after the fact I start overthinking things like if i didnt know i had a bleeding gum etc
FYI I went to a clinic for testing and they said oral is a risk and even a cavity is an opening, or even having a sore throat from a cold causes the throat to be irritated which is considered a possible way of transmission. Just reporting what I was told.
There is a lot of debate on here that oral sex is "no risk" while the CDC, and any clinic/doctor you ask will tell you there is a risk involved. I can't see a dental cavity providing a suffiemt route for transmission, but bleeding gums and an irrated throat I could see being a possible route for sure
