A significant exposure

Dear sir.
Last day i got a heavy cold, and then i went to the hospital to get help from doctor. The doctor asked me to make a vein blood collection. Then a nurse used a needle to collect my venous blood. But when she has just finish the vein blood collection, and i have not had time to press a tampons on my wound which bleed.A man waved his arm(he has just finished the vein blood collection too, perhaps five seconds later after he finished his vein blood collection, and his wound still bleed at that time),some his blood was waved to my wound(the blood from him has just get out of his wound, the blood as soon as got out of  his wound directly got into my bleeding wound )(It is almost three seconds later after the nurse pull out the needle from my wound)(My wound  still bleed and  i have not had time to press a tampons on my wound)And as far as i know ,the man who waved his blood to anywhere is a  patient with hiv virus.
So dear sir,do you think it is risk for me to get infected with hiv(If possible, could you tell me why.)?Is it necessary for me to make a hiv test?
With my best regard.

Hi,

HIV is transmitted mainly by unprotected sexual intercourse, organ transplants, sharring IV needles (drug abusers etc) in adults. Any other scenario is just ruled out. If your exposure is any of them stated in this answer you are at risk, if not, you are not at any risk.
