Should I be worried about HIV?

I know that I am a bit paranoid but I recently had protected sex with a guy. The only thing I am worried about is the fact that he used his teeth to open the condom wrapper and one of the times the condom was turned on the wrong side when he was putting it on. I am therefore afraid that I was exposed to pre -cum and I would like to know if this could put me at risk for contracting HIV. Also, I decided to do the guy a favor by taking off the condom. However, when I was taking it off a little seeped out but it didn't come into contact with me. Also, the condom did not break as I have gotten my period.

I would like to know if I should get over my worrying or my worrying is a matter of paranoia.

You did not have a risk for HIV based on the above protected sexual exposure.
