Ok I found a cure I use either jojoba oil or baby oil and put a few drops on my index finger and push it in my ear swish it around no need to put it in side the ear drum area just right in side OMG after 2 years off suffering this has totally stopped it, I may have to do it daily or weekly depends on the weather or what I eat I think..
