meniere syndrom

i have lost my hearing due to accident at the age of 27 now I m 38 years old and have severe vertigo problem and 40% hearing loss in my left ear.i used medicene serc 16mg and stugeron forte but at time it wont work & I fall down. I work in office & this cause me very much trouble I need your help

depending where you are an EENT can not be found.  In America an ENT is what you would be looking for or an otologist or an oto-neurologist.

Another procedure is they stick a niddle into the middle ear an inject an oto-toxi substance, thus slowly killing off the ear... thus decreasing the activity of the ear, thus decreasing the symptoms of the disease.

Either way, there is no cure, just treatments.

My mom was just dx'd with Meniere's.  She had a procedure done this past Monday where they insert a needle in her inner ear and inject cortisone.  So far the "roaring" in her ear has not stopped, but the doctor said it could take up to 10 days for it to "take".
I hope you explore your options with a board certified EENT. This is what you need.
