Docs Don't Take Me Seriously

How likelihood of having the following diagnosis' & the doctor saying nothing is wrong with your heart?

Thyroid Disorder
Chronic Vitamin D Deficiency.
Kidney Disease (UA 4+ protein, Albumin 300 Globulin 50).
Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (mild).
Mitral, Tricuspid, Aortic & Pulmonary Regurgitation (all mild).
Transverse Aorta Dilation (minimal ).
Venous stasis ulcers, sores & dermatitis.
Malignant HTN (on 4 BP meds, a statin & diuretic).
"Rare" PVCs.
Abnormal EKG (with ST-T abnormalities, II, III, avf).
Chronic Systemic Vasoconstriction x3 months.

It's the duty of any Doctor to share findings with his patients. So the answer should be very slim. Of course, you could always go for a second opinion.
