HBV DNA Result (Please explain)

Hi Guys, can someone explain to me the result of my test regarding my HBV DNA

Result :    42 IU/ML
Remark : 1.)HBV DNA Viral load (Real Time PCR) detection limit
                    6 - 110,000,000 IU/ML (35 - 640,2000,000 copies/ml)
                2.) Specimen with less than 6 IU/ML (<35 copies/ml)
                3.) 110,000,00 ( <640,200,000 copies/ml)

Anti-HBC  = 15.50 S/CO
HbsAgQ2 = 3634.08 S/CO
Anti-Hbe =   0.1 S/CO
Anti-HBS =  1.09 mIU/ml
HbeAg =       0.35 S/CO

my question is
1.) my doctor who is a (gastroenterology) prescribed me a entecavir entegard for additional 6 months is this safe?
2.) is it true that you will take the entecavir for as long as you haven't clear the virus?
3.) is their any chances that i can clear the virus base on the result above?

sir/mam im afraid i can't afford the entecavir since it cost too much on my part. should i take the entecavir as the doctor prescribed on me?

by the way im 28yrs old, male and live in the philippines

1) yes safe
2) yes throughout life
3)very low chances to clear hbsag completely
I am not able to get u are hbeag negative but still Ur anti hbeag titre is so low
