hepatitis b

I am chronic hbv patient.  My previous blood test resutl is hbsag(screening)+Positive;  hseag(0.09)-negetive; hbcab(0.011) +positive, SGPT is 18 UI/M, HIV -I & II are negetive on 8.1.2011.

Then I underwent 6 months homoe treatment.  During the treatment period suffered from burning of palms, soles, irregular bowl movement, bad breath, abdominal pain, contipation and other signs.

Now I am suffering from burning sensation, constipation, abdomina discomfort ie., right side of the belly feel wieghty, small cramps and sounds in right abdomen..

   On 18.8.2011 my blood was tested hbsag+,  SGOT -  48  ( 10 - 36)   SGPT - 42 (9 - 35). HCV-Negetive .  Another tests like hbeag, hbcag and hbvdna are yet to be received.

Since my ast/alt raised and right side of the belly feel wieghty, small cramps and sounds in right abdomen this means what?  please explain my status.

check liver damage by fibroscan, red palms are correlated with advanced cirrhosis and only fibroscan can tell if there is so much damage
