Once you get used to this format it works just fine, it's less stressful not to have to read and answer immediately because you can think about what you want to say or ask in advance and there is no rush.

When on treatment sometimes it took ten minutes just to say Yes Thank you OK.

You may want to look into local support groups in your area.  I personally enjoy the "no chat" concept.  It gives me time to think about the questions and responses.

You can interact in the way that we all do here by posting comments on a thread. If you want to address it to a particular person then put their name in the to box above your comment.
