This Injury is Ruining My Life.

I bent over to pick up a 40 lb box of batteries and immediately felt a tingling sensation in my right testicle.  later that day i noticed a heaviness/pain in the right side of my stomach.  a few weeks after i tried to pick up a similar box of batteries.  This time, I felt a popping like sensation in the same right testicle.  I have been in pain ever since i picked up that 1st box.  my testicles, groin area, and stomach, all hurt constantly.  whenever i pick up anything remotely heavy, the pain intensifies.  it gets worse in all those areas and even seems to almost spread to new areas.  I have never been hurt in my entire life until Now.  I saw 2 different surgeons, had an CT Scan, MRI, and a Ultrasound done.  Both Surgeons told me they saw Nothing on any of the Scans and told me there is Nothing they can do for me.  They said it is most likely a strain/sprain of the groin and stomach?  This has been going on for 6 months and i am still in Constant Pain and Have no answers at all.  I'm losing hope and this injury is Ruining my life.  any help would be much appreciated.

Casinosun, I'm no expert on this but I saw your condition because I have an inguinal hernia.  I would strongly recommend that you research in your area and find a good kinesiologist.  This is a form of advanced chiropractor that knows how parts of the body interact.  They have healed very pains in my body much like what you have, almost immediately, and they are normally treated in other parts of the body (my elbow pain was coming from my gut).  I stand nothing to gain by offering the advice, but many of my ailments in life that could not be explained by Western medicine were healed completely by my kinesiologists (have seen 4 different throughout my lifetime).  These doctors may very well be able to help you.

I think I have the same problem. Basically the im not sure when it started but it may have started years ago when I was doing bench presses, and  standing hammerfist bicep curls. Realized it hurt my testicles, but it was the most unusual sensation like my testicle were sucking back into my stomach. Well fast forward, no severe pain until September kind of. Had been doing a couple months of hard labor work, like heavy lifting, and not the best form. I didn't notice much of a problem until months later. My testicle were sore, vein or something were appearing I was feeling almost ill. Thought I could have had a disease, or varicocele. I don't have any diseases, but when I motion to take a basketball shot I get that same unusual feeling followed by days and weeks of testicle discomfort and what could be vein around my testicles or something. Does anyone have vein or something around there testicles or a epididymis swelling following a straining?

UPDATE.
still not getting any answers.
here's more about my injury.
any help would be much appreciated.

I was hurt on April 8th, 2014
I was lifting a 40 lb box of batteries onto a cart at work.
When i lifted the box of batteries off of the ground, with 2 hands.
I felt a Tingling Sensation in my right testicle.
It was just a tingling feeling inside my right testicle, that seemed to last for a few seconds.
Then shortly after that I noticed that the right side of my stomach felt Heavy.
Not so much a Pain just the feeling of Heaviness.
A weird feeling that I had never felt before.
About three weeks after that I tried to lift a similar Box of Batteries,
to see if I could do it with no extra pain.
When I tried that time, I felt a Popping sensation in my right testicle.
There was No extra Pain but it felt like something inside my right testicle Popped?

During the next several weeks, I experienced more pain in different areas, that I had never felt before also.
My groin became constantly sore.  Both sides of my groin, the left and the right sides.
I experienced sharp shooting pains in both of my left and my right testicles.
These sharp shooting pains would seem to last a couple of seconds and then go away.
This testicle pain would come and go, a few different times a day but my groin would remain constantly sore.

Before and after the Injury i was wearing boxer shorts to work.
About a month after this injury occurred, I switched to boxer briefs that gave support to my testicles.  Shortly after i started wearing the Briefs, The soreness in my groin went away.
However.  when i have worn boxers since then, the groin soreness and testicle pain seems to return almost right away?
The Heaviness and Pain in my stomach, has always remained Constant.

I Noticed when i tried to lift heavy things at work, all of these symptoms would seem to get worse almost instantly.  Heavy being between 20-35 lbs.

There was an instance at work where I had to pack about 30 different 12 lb boxes and the boxes were on a pallet on the floor. So i reached down to grab each box and pick it up to place it on a cart. being careful, using both hands and going rather slow.
By the time i had picked up all 30 of the boxes.  The right side of my stomach was throbbing in pain.  on a scale of 1-10 the pain level was about an 8.5 and just continually throbbing for about 30 minutes.

I noticed whenever i picked up anything remotely heavy 15-30 lbs.  the heaviness in the right side of my stomach.  it sort of stopped being heavy and turned into more of a pain.  the heavier the object, the more pain i would be in.

Also if i try to run, The pain in my testicles returns.
I have tried to throw a baseball and i noticed after about 15 minutes of playing catch, with a friend.  I’m in more pain than I was before.
I have also tried to play basketball.
I played for about 30 minutes.  Not running too fast, more of a jog.
soon after I was done playing.  I noticed the pain in my right side of my stomach was much worse and my right testicle was aching in pain. sort of a dull and aching pain.

I also noticed that the pain seems almost connected from my right testicle to the right side of my stomach but if i do any activity that is stressful on my body
- lifting anything remotely heavy
-jogging or running
-throwing a baseball, football, or frisbee
-using my arms to hold a box down at work, while i tape it shut
The Pain seems to get worse almost immediately and Spread over to the left side of my stomach
and I have had pain in both testicles after doing this type of stuff.

I also notice the heaviness in my stomach more when i am sitting down.
I can always feel it but when i sit down, it feels even heavier.
and like i said when i do any kind of physical activity or lifting.
The pain always seems to intensify and or spread.
Before I lifted that one 40lb box of batteries at work and felt the tingling sensation in my right testicle.  I was Pain free.
After lifting that one 40lb Box. I have been in constant pain for over a year now.
When I wake up in the morning, my pain level is between a 3-5 out of 10.
When i do these other activities i listed above, the pain level rises between 6-9 out of 10.
The worse pain being the throbbing pain in my right side and the shooting and aching pain in my testicles.

finally had surgery today.
he saw no hernia but removed my appendix.
he's not sure if the pain was coming from there tho.

may need to do more tests and still could be a nerve issue.
worst injury ever.

saw a new an older doctor a few days ago.  he diagnosed it as a Spigelian Hernia.  said it is often missed and not looked for by doctors and surgeons. said it also won't show up on imaging tests often.  he isn't 100% sure but he thinks that is what i have.

the doctor i saw today said it could be a pinched nerve.  he's not sure either.  if it is a pinched nerve... is there even any way to fix that?

I'm sure if it was hernia the tests would have proved that. Could be a pinched nerve.

thanks.  i've seen 5 different doctors total.  the 1st 2 regular doctors, told me it was a sprain/strain but was also a possible hernia.  the urologist told me it was a possible hernia.  then the 2 surgeons said it wasn't a hernia.  so i'm getting nowhere.  i understand they have to see a problem to fix a problem but this is getting depressing.  also my right testicle is swolen, hang lower now and always hurts.  when i told the surgeons that my right testicle hangs lower now,  it seems like they don't even believe me.  when you can clearly see that it does.  this just *****.

Casinosun, I'm having the exact same symptoms as you. I was hauling several 100+ lb helium tanks the middle of last week. I don't recall feeling a "pop", but come friday, started feeling a dull ache in my right testicle. Then, the next day, worse pain, but also felt in my groin area. I did this at work so workers comp comes into play. Saw my primary DR yesterday, and confirmed it is a hernia, and referred me to a surgeon, who will prob do an ultrasound and MRI. Pain and discomfort all day, every day.

My advice to you, as with any Dr diagnosis, is to get second, even third opinions. Especially if you're clearly in pain
