What is this please

I had sex with a friend of 20 years 2-1/2 weeks ago.  I had unprotected oral and protected vaginal.  Unfortunately the condom broke.  About 3 days later my lips started to tingle.  About a week ago I felt tingling around my penis.  I went to the doctor and just got the results back of a mild case of lyme disease.  I didn't have any lesions or rash around my penis.  I did notice a light rash under my mustache.  The tingling has toned down but my facial rash is still there.  A bit lighter and not necessarily in the same place.  First was under left nostril, then in the middle area.  I also felt tingling on my chin but noticed no redness.  The girl I had sex with has never had symptoms nor have her previous partners.  She got a bit mad at me when I mentioned it to her actually.  I just want to be sure it's only lyme disease and not something else as well.
I told my doctor everything I told you here as well.
Thank you

OK so I wanted to post this here just in case someone else was having the same issues as me and wanted to see how mine ended.  I went back for re-testing after I finished my lyme disease anti-biotics.  Tests came back good, meaning no more medication necessary.  I asked my doctor about my rash and she took a look at it.  I told her I've had it for 5-6 weeks and she prescribed clotrimazole and Betamethasone Dipropionate cream. I've only used it a few days but it seems to be working.  The itch is gone at least.  She also told me my rash was not any kind of std.  I do blow my nose a lot because the air at work is pretty filthy.  Thanks again to everyone who responded to me here.  This really is a great community.

Well I woke up today and the parts of my face that had a rash are pretty clear.  However, a new one started!  And it's bright red!  It's not really a rash per-se.  More like red blotches.  But I don't feel anything there.  No itch, tingle, nothing.  Am I developing sensitive skin?

So the rash is not real prominent but it is still there and really itchy. I am seriously fighting it to scratch it but I know that can make it worse.  Never boiled up or scabbed, just dry skin on top.
Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing it?  Possibly eczema or allergy to something maybe?  The pills I'm taking btw are doxycycline hyclate.  I'm going to be done with them in a week and a half and then have another visit with my doctor.  I'm just curious what could cause a 3-1/2 to 4 week rash under my mustache so long.

Little update in case anyone was wondering.  The tingle has pretty much gone away completely. I only feel it now when I go outside and that's probably because it's really cold out.  The rash kinda flaked a little bit but very minor.  It never hurt though.  When I was talking with my doctor she doubted it was std related due to the fact I never had pain.  I should have mentioned earlier I am going through 2 life changing events that are both very stressful.  My doc actually prescribed anti-anxiety pills but I never got the prescription.  I just don't like taking anything that's going to possibly change my mood that powerfully.  I've been more relaxed lately.  Not sure if it's the pills stopping the tingling or me calming down but at any rate I feel much better.  The antibiotics have nasty side effects but I knew that.  So not sure if any of this was stress related or whatever but if anything changes I'll post an update.
Thanks for your advice thus far and this truly is a great forum.

I did go camping in the summer in a deer populated area.  Also they took an immunoblot.  I'm not sure what that means.
I can tell you the results were:
23 kd(igm) band            reactive A
41 kd(igm) band            reactive A
The rest were negative or non reactive.
they drew 4 vials of blood from me and tested for pretty much everything I believe.  Other than rash and tingling that's all I've noticed.  Also the tingling kinda comes and goes.  A lot less in the past week.  Not sure if that's due to the medication I'm taking.

I should note I talked to the woman I had sex with and she told me she has been std tested for everything and it came back negative.  This was years ago, however, and she had been in a faithful relationship for 4 years.  Couldn't tell you if her boyfriend was faithful of course.  She has no symptoms of anything however and says she never did.

sorry for double post. I'm learning this forum

Using serology to diagnose lyme disease can be tricky with many false positives.

An IgG test should always be confirmed with a Westernblot, did this happen?

What medication are you taking?

Also are you in tick infested area, been out camping etc.

The HSV testing will not be affected by lyme, hence a 12 week test will rule this out.

I guess what has me worried is the coincidence of it all.  As I said I was given a diagnosis of a mild case of lyme disease.  Can lyme disease give the symptoms I felt above?  Could it possibly be misdiagnosed?  I know it was too early to test for some std's but they tested everything anyway.  I tested negative for clamidia and it was the igg/igm testing that diagnosed the lyme disease I believe.  If anyone knows more about this please chime in.  Feel free to tell me I'm an idiot and going crazy for no reason.

I did perform oral.  That's why I was concerned.  I know that some people can have this and not know it so I just want to be sure.  I'm going a little crazy not knowing.

Hi, if you want to confirm if you have herpes have a igg type specific blood test 13 weeks post exposure. Rashes as your describing are not the typical herpes sores that are most common and if you did not kiss or or give her oral sex then any facial issue your having would not be related to the past affair as an issue for herpes.

Lil update I'm feeling a bit nautious today.  Haven't gotten my prescription yet as it wasn't ready last night.  Hoping to pick it up today.  Face is kinda itchy under my mustache but not tingling.  Rash is still there but somewhat faint and in a couple spots, not the whole mustache.
