My girlfriend is having Herpese blisters on her lip. Am I in risk ?

I am 24 year old male. I am an Asian. And at the moment I live in Italy.
On 5th of July I asked a question from the community and I got satisfying answers. Now, I have a different issue. Hope the community will help me through this as well. Thanks in advance.

Exactly 4 months ago, I met a ukranian girl and we fell in love. And exactly two moth ago, 3rd of May, 2018, we shared our first kiss. But it was a deep french kiss.

Fast forward, two month. 4th of July, 2018,
I saw a small red spot which has a diameter nearly 1mm inside the lower lip. And today morning I was able to observe another spot. But it is a white spot which has a diameter of 1mm and it is also near to the red spot and inside the lower lip.

I am scared, that i got herpes from kissing. And we have kissed several times during this one month period. Other than that, we didn't perform any sexual activity.

But, those spots disappeared in one week. So, I didn't consider much too much about it.

Since then, we were more close french kissing daily. until today morning. 19th of August, 2018.

Today, when I met her, I saw she is having herpes blisters on her lower lip. Now, I am scared to death. So, I have a few questions. Please kindly help me to sort out my mind.

1. Have I accured herpes from my girlfriend ?
2. Is there any possibility I am not infected ?
3. What is the window period I should get tested ?
4. Will I spread this disease to my family members and friends, if I have the infection ?
5. How should I get prevented, if I am not infected ?
6. How to live with a person having herpes ?
7. Is it possible my girlfriend to have herpes on her genitals as well ?
