Herpes on Chest?

Hello, I got an issue that is bothering me greatly. A masseur licked and suck my nipple during a session (no sex, no oral sex, only hand job).

2 days after my exposure, I got ill and a doctor diagnosed it as a cold. Then I went overseas and over there my illness didnt get better so I visited a doctor here who diagnosed it as flu (this was on the 7th day after exposure). After medication it got better after 3 days. However, I feel pain on my right chest (the side where my nipple was licked) but there is no obvious lesion/ulcer/blister on my nipple. The pain is concentrated around the middle of the chest (more towards right) and seems to be on the bones. Then recently, I discovered a pimple looking thing on my middle of chest today. Just one but it's small (unlike those herpes blisters I saw on google). My questions are:

1. Do you think I have herpes? What are the chances of contracting it this way?

2. is it possible for the first outbreak to occur on my chest when only my nipple was in contact with the mouth of a carrier?

Thank you..

No, that doesn't look like HSV1/2 lesions at all.

so the pimple-like thing grew to 3, close to each other but not clustered. not very red around it but the pimples seem to come and go within a day or two. there isnt any liquid that i can see (very small only) and it is not painful, though a little irritating. I have uploaded some photos for your reference:

Incredibly difficult to contract herpes at this location in the manner you describe.

If there is an outbreak days into infection it will definitely include the infection site at the minimum and only spread from there.

To be more precise, the pimple looking bump is on the collar bone
