Scared and confused

Forgive the long post I am new here. All the stress and anxiety comes from a stupid trip to the massage parlor. Unprotected oral and protected vaginal occurred. This was almost three months ago. Had tests for all std which were negative. The urethra is irritated, slight burn and dribbling, zero discharge. Given Cipro which helped. Had unprotected sex w my wife about two months ago who was apparently having a serious yeast infection. It was tough to clear up. After That I noticed my penis head was dry and occasionally reddish. Almost appears to have raised bumps at time but very light under the skin. Also there is irritation on my scrotum and the crease in the  Perineum. It tingled a bit and now I can't tell but there might be one small white dot down there, it won't pop. And a red small splotch in my pupil region. Have not noticed any fluid or blister. The penis head will have minor pain discomfort at times. Also I feel ache in left testi and occasionally a minor itch on my anus. The doc prescribes doxy assuming it's prostatitus and I'm on that a week now but unresolved. I'm panicking that I have something bad happening and obsessing over what it is. I'm sick that it could be herpes.

This is right before or when I urinate at the opening. Unresolved after a course of doxy. I will do all the tests again of course, but do you think that not resolving that w antibacterial could be somehow related?  I'm sorry that's my last question and I hope you have a great holiday

Scrotum irritations are topical not internal and maybe bacterial or fungal related so if this is the case youd need some topical cream to aide in healing

Ok so maybe I need to do it again to be sure. Last question, why do you think the irritation won't go away with the course of doxy?

Herpes tests at the correct window period are very reliable and that would be 3 months post exposure. You might want to test for syphilis for her protection as well. Sores and symptoms of herpes would appear in about 3 -4 days post exposure and most always within a week. So having the pimple 3 months later would not be much of a herpes concern.

No noticed sores. Of course I agree and have already been blood tested once which was a negative for both 1 and 2. Also know there were no other stds present. Doc gave doxy for proststitus but the irritation hasn't gone away which is why I'm so upset and confused. So I did take tests But isn't that so unreliable? This pimple has me obsessing and of course my number one focus is her. I feel so ashamed.

Hi, only testing would confirm if you contacted herpes from the affair but if she did not have any lip or vaginal sores at the time, the risk of contracting it from a single incident would be close to zero. If your pubic mound area did not make any contact with hers during the protected vaginal the risk would be limited to the oral which is even lower risk with no lip sores at the time.
You really should get tested for herpes for your wifes protection.
