Tiny red bumps

The dumbest thing happened to me while on vacation in central america...I was at a nightclub/bar, and it was very late.  I was rather drunk.

A woman came up to me, and started to grind on me.  She did this for a little bit, like a stripper would at a strip club.  Then, she took my pants off at the club, and and started to grind on me while I was sitting down.  she did this for several minutes.  I realized that she was not wearing any underwear, and got a little freaked out.

I did not have an erection, and there was absolutely no penetration.  However, there was genital to genital contact for a few minutes.

Two days later it started to burn itch, and my genitals were warm.  a few days after that i noticed little bums on the head of my penis.  you can not really see them until I have an erection.  they are also around the rim of my penis head.

It has been almost 30 days since the incident.  At two weeks I was tested for att std's - and i even got early HIV test.  all of which came back negative. The tiny red bombs are only on the penis head, no where else.  They seam to come and go.  it is also red near tip of penis while erect.

Here are my questions:
1) is this likely Herpes?
2) when should I be able to get tested to get conclusive test
3) what kind of doctor should I see?

THank you for any direction that you can give me!

your regular doctor is just fine. If you don't have one, probably a good time to pick one so you have someone familiar with you for when you get sick in the future :)

urologists are for "plumbing problems" more so than rashes in the genital area.

No reason for a dermatologist for this simple issue either.

Grace - Thank you for your comment.  you are more than likely right, however, I would like to have a doctor take a look at it to help me determine what it is.  What kind of doctor would I want to see?  I have recently moved, and do not have a general practitioner.  I was thinking a dermatologist, or urologist - What do you think?

odds are this is not a std going on.   there really was never any reason for any std testing to have been done.   save your money and don't bother with any more testing.

your symptoms do not sound at all like herpes.

odds are this is either just irritation or a fungal infection going on. continue to follow up properly with your providers as needed if symptoms continue.
