burning on genital

I had the vaginal protected sex with sex worker when I was in china . I am very afraid of this sex   so  one week back
I  was tested by all STD screening test except hpv  .today I received the test results as negative.
But I have penis burning sensation and razor cuts but this cut does not  look like ulcer
Does this sound herpes 2?

The shaft is entire length of outer skin of the penis- is it correct?
Public mount mount area is that the base of the penis where hair is there?

NGU is a urinary track infection. Its the same as having a UTI. It means its not Gonoreha or chlamydia and is treated as a unknown bacterial infection.
The shaft is the tube of your penis and the mound area is the base of your penis.

They can swab the irritated area and perform a pcr test. But like i said, if your worried you contracted herpes from the China affair from your penis irritation you describe, you did not as that area was protected. If you have an old infection and this is a recurrent outbreak, a blood test would confirm this.

To recap. Your outbreak is on an area that was not exposed so if this is herpes it would be a recurrent outbreak from an old infection and a blood test would confirm this.

Really does not appear herpes related but herpes sores can be very small and not noticiable. Have a blood test first to confirm your status.

First time herpes sores would appear at point of contact so if the sores are on your penis and its herpes, it would be that you already have herpes from before and are having a recurrent outbreak. Most likely a friction irritation from masturbating but if your concerned you have herpes have the sores swabbed or have a blood test.

Then what could be the reason for this ?
My sexual contact in January 2014  .after this I have not contracted to any sex.the syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, hiv, herpes are negative.

If the area was covered with the condom then any penis issues would not be related to the act as was not in contact with her genital area. There needs to be rubbing skin contact to be at risk for herpes.
