herpes simplex type 1 and type 2 IGG

Hi , here is my history before i ask my question

prostitution - 1st time 3 years back
                   2nd time is oral sex without condom and intercourse with condom and kissing ( 2 months ago )

i did a hiv test and std test after 2 months

Herpes simplex type 1   IGG 1:42 positive and IGM negative
Herpes simplex type 2   IGG 1:17 Positive and IGM negative

1) what is herpes simplex ?

2)is it so serious case , is it std ?

3)will it will be transmite to my family or my girlfried ( during sex )

4)can it cure ?

5) i plan to marry and have a kids now so is it i cannot do it now and cannot have a sex with my girlsfriend to prevent transmited ?

first test is 3 weeks after prostitution ( 6 of july )

Herpes type 1 IGG   3401 units / ml

index    negative       400

Herpes type 2 IGG   130 units/ml

            negative       300


2nd test is 4 weeks after prostitution (13 of july )

HSV-1-IGM  negative

HSV-2-IGM negative

no index for reference


3rd test is 6 weeks after prostitution (27 of july )

Herpes type 1 IGG   3057 units / ml

index    negative       400

Herpes type 2 IGG   <100 units/ml

            negative       300


last test 54 days ( 8 weeks ) after prostitution (8 of august )


HSV type 1 IGG positive 1.42 and IGM negative
HSV type 2 IGG positive 1.17 and IGM negative

index negative 1.00

from this result what you can conclude and advise ?

when was i infected with HSV 2 ? i worry will transmited to my girlsfriend.

i did give oral sex to my girl friend on 28 of april no other sex activity only oral sex to her and kissing.

you will need additional testing to see if your hsv2 is a true positive or not. I am not able to help you much more than that since you were tested outside of the US which is why finding a support group near you to help is more helpful.

i more confidence about info from oversea and you。

The doctor in china alot patient so they become very busy and all kind of answer come out 。

i go malaysia they test IGG and explain to me not big deal while china doctor only test IGM and say it is negative 。

Can i get info from you ？i really very worry。

have you read the free herpes handbook yet that we recommend in our read before posting post? if not, be sure to give it a read :)

your hsv2 igg is a low positive and will need confirmed with further testing. since you tested 2 months after the last time you had sex, wait another 2 months and repeat your herpes igg blood testing and go from there.

grace
