Kidney pain?

About 3 days ago I started having a pain in the left side of my lower back. It is especially bothersome during sleeping. Now, I feel like urinating more frequently. Whenever I stand up or urinate, the pain eases. Any ideas as to what this is? Btw I'm a 16 yr old male with stress issues. I also eat healthy and exercise.
