Malnutrition-losing body mass-any guess?

ok im 14 years old turning 15 in a month. I began having throat problems a year ago. i know could have placed this question in another topic but i believe i wont find a fix for my throat. A year ago while eating dinner i suddenly started feeling a choking sensation and quickly titled forward and gagged out the food.My mom didnt know what to do so for a few days i went on a soup and oatmeal diet which was hard to eat sometimes. My dad took me to the ER to get tested for strep throat but the test cam back negative.I went on like this for a while,it was painful and i probably cried a few times just because i couldnt eat, we went to a few specialists and even had an endoscopy done but it only showed minor inflammation.Over the course of the months before the endoscopy i lost an unhealthy amount of weight and my growing stopped. I was 13,around 55 pounds, and 4 foot 10 inches. After all this my throat began to feel better but i had another incident before i thought i was over. This time it wasnt as strong but still prohibited me from eating most things. After a couple months my throat took another turn, instead of not being able to eat, i could eat while i was along which is why i believe it may be anxiety. I coped with never eating out for a while. during all this my parents were concerned about my height and weight, both my parents are not the tallest people but they were not this short in their second year of highschool. so i visited a hormone doctor who issued a bone age test which came back normal. On my second visit with the doctor he was alarmed by my weight, unlike most kids going through puberty i was losing weight. Although, even when i was alone and could swallow i only ate bird sized portions but after 30 min i would be starving. Before all this i was on a normal growth rate and weighed around 70 to 80 pounds pounds. Now ive fallen way off my growth chart and weigh 60 pounds and still decreasing.Through out this ive experience insane twitching on all body parts which last a long time and i become really dizzy at random and im always tired. The answer is as simple as eating more but im eating all i can but i dont feel an urge to eat at all sometimes. Im looking for a second opinion, if not here i can post this in other topics

This may sound odd but I think, if it is found that it is not an anxiety thing, your next stop should be an immune specialist. The choking sensation and even the mild inflammation in your throat when they checked shows there is likely a physical cause somewhere in there. Your body was attacking something to cause the inflammation in your throat, it didn't show up for no good reason.

I'm wondering it you are able to eat alone because you don't feel any rush so you can take your time to get the small bites down without feeling like you have to keep up with everyone else. Sure, it could still be anxiety considering that gagging on your food can make you a bit uncomfortable with the action of swallowing which could explain the change in eating habits so it is still a good idea to rule that and other mental based causes out first. But the inflammation makes me think there may be more to it. Plus it's better to get checked for something and find out that isn't the case than to not get checked for it and find out later that it is the cause.

In the meantime, do you have trouble drinking as well as eating?  Because with a juicer you can make some pretty tasty and nutritious meals that you don't have to chew.  This is just until you figure this out -- you don't want to make this a permanent thing, but you do have to eat.  By the way, if it is anxiety, the ultimate treatment will be to get you to the point where you do the thing you're afraid to do, in this case swallowing (assuming it is anxiety and not something physiological).  So if you force yourself to relax and eat repeatedly, you should come out the other side when you realize nothing terrible is going to happen.  Easier said than done, but it's easier to do for young people than adults -- young people often get stuck but it's usually not the same as when adult get stuck.
