U r soft. U better give up the soda cus it aint helpin u and u better not give in because of craving and u will not feel pain so u better not make excuses. Sure this is hard shouldered but life is hard so suck it up
I was the same that you were. I just started slowly switching one coke or soda for a diet or zero and then also adding a glass of water. I hate water but I drink flavored water. I also loved sweetened teas! I started cutting back on the sugar. Now I can say that I drink one diet or zero soda a day. Unsweetened tea and mostly water. I started all this in January this year. I have lost 34 lbs.
It's hard but you can do it.
Hello there,
There have been many evidences and links about sugar-sweetened carbonated drinks causing obesity .It is best to avoid craving for it. A person wanting to lose weight should do so in a scientific way for long term benefits. A healthy diet and regular exercise or incorporating yoga into your daily regime can help to lose weight. I suggest you to eat frequent small meals and eat more of green leafy vegetables, fruits and protein and less of fats, butter and potato etc. Drink lots of water and consume fruits rich in vitamin C as it is a fat burner. All these will definitely help you. Do keep me posted. A calculative and disciplined approach will be helpful. Hope this helps.
Take care and regards!
