well i had HOCD recently where a guy in my class said i liked something that looked gay and the thaughts started popping up " what if im gay" "you are gay" after a while i got it under control and it went away but then one night i was watching austin powers, where the girl and guy are in the tent and it looks like the girls pulling things out his bum but i was kinda fazed out and all of a sudden i got a boner, then i think i remember on that night waking up to the thaught of a naked guy and getting a boner i heard that OCD can trick your mind into giving you erections for things you dont want, I DONT WANT TO BE homosexual i want to be straight ive even tried saying ok im BI but my brains like " nope your gay" im getting frustrated coz i dont want to be gay im constantly checking if i get a hard on for guys and then i worry and think of a chick as soon as i feel im about to get a hardon please help!?

Hi Parasit, in my life ive found many things that can give me an erection and dont believe erections alone define sexual preference. From what ive read, if a person is gay they dont question it, they just accept it. If your having doubts about your sexuality, then your just courious about other lifestyles. Your thinking more about the other person than your self.
I think most people in there life wonder what it would be like to be gay. Wondering is just a way of understanding and realizing that other lifestyle do exist.
You have the gift of Empathy, which is the ability to understand the being of another. You have this gift at a very young age, and that being so, will lead you to some great things in life as shows you are a balanced person. When a person has the ability to understand and acknowledge things other than themself, they can plan out their lives better as are aware what other people think and feel.
