Almost right away for the actual processing, BUT it depends on WHEN the lab processes CA-125 tests. For instance out here they only do it every 3 days....reason is CA125 is not considered a diagnostic test. CA125 is only approved by the FDA for the monitoring of ovca treatment, not diagnosis (it's not reliable in all cases because many other factors affect the count, not just ovca). You should have also had a ct scan and ultrasound if they suspected ovca..
