I am sorry to hear about your mother-in-law.   Do you know her pre-surgery/pre-chemo CA-125?  CA-125 is a tricky test and is usually used in follow-up for ovarian cancer.  But, 1035 is a high number and may indicate she has other tumors related to her cancer.  Based on her symptoms, it sounds like she is not well.  There is just no way to know her condition based on the findings you listed.  Hopefully, you can talk to your family members or her doctor and get some straight answers.  Sometimes, people deal with serious illness by keeping information very private.  It helps them cope with the difficult news.  Although I know this is hard on extended family, the best thing you can do is offer tangible help and moral support.  If your mother-in-law is confused about her condition, you could offer to accompany her to her next doctor's appointment and help get some answers.  It is very unfortunate that cancer takes a toll on the whole family.  Best wishes!
