What is this Transvaginal Ultrasound trying to tell me.

Ultrasound done......with a CA 125 done on same day as Dr called with Ultrasound results...waiting for results of blood test.
I am a 42 women with endometriosis, no children, and history of fibroids with fibroid removal aprox 3  years ago.
  Ultrasound reports that:
1. suggestion of no acute configuration of the endometrium with strip measuring 15 cm
2. Multiple hypoechoic masses ( not sure what these are) with the largest in the posterior of the Uterus measuring
      3 x 2 x 2.2  and is slightly exophytic
3. A second lesion rising from fundus measuring 1.5 x 1.9 x 2.2 cm, and also a endometrial mass at o.9xo.7 xo.9
4.    Right ovary is 5.2 x 4.5 x 4.6 and has a complex hypoechoic lession at 3.5 3.5 x 2.7
5.    Left Overy  is 5.8 x 2.6 x 2.5 and showes a hypoechoic area measuring 2 x1.7 1.3 cm
6.     NO free fluid in pelvis

What does all this really mean?
Any input is appreciated..........I am following up with a doctor

I realize this but I would also appreciate any input someone has, because maybe they have had one of the above mentioned items.

It's always better to have your Dr. go over these results with you. We aren't doctors and there can be a lot of misinformation given . It's wiser just to wait for your Dr's interpretation.. Sorry
